Professional experience
- Teaching legal courses “International Commercial Law” as an adjunct professor at the Business School of the American College of Thessaloniki (A.C.T.) since 2014 and “Insurance Law” as a lecturer of the postgraduate program at the Department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Western Macedonia in collaboration with the Hellenic Institute of Insurance Studies since 2019 .
- Dealing with civil law (inheritance law, family law with specialization in international divorces, tort law, contract law), banking law, commercial law, criminal law and administrative law.
- Participated in the 2016 Advanced Appellate Advocacy Course at the Wallenberg, Stellenbosch, South Africa organised by the General Council of the Bar of South Africa
For eight years Dr. Mitropoulou was a lawyer at the Legal Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki providing legal advice and representation before Civil, Criminal and Administrative Courts (official appeals, annulment requests, lawsuits).
